I just cam across a website called Best Otr www.best-otr.com where you can listen to or download a wide variety of great Old Time Radio Shows. Best-Otr features free downloads in the catagories of Comedy, Westerns, Mystery, Music, Detective, Science Fiction, Horror Shows and more. It is all free with no sign up or fees of any kind. Just go there, and enjoy! You can find Comedy shows like Burns and Allen, Father Knows Best, The Life of Riley, Jack Benny, and Red Skelton.
There is Western Shows like Red Ryder, Wild Bill Hickok, Gunsmoke and Have Gun Will Travel. There are great mysteries by the likes of Agatha Christie and Arthur Conan Doyle. There are Sci Fi shows by such authors as H.G. Wells, Isaac Asimov, Ray Bradbury and Orson Welles. There is great music including Big Band, Jazz, Country Western and more. There is another great site for old time radio here. It also has Comedy, Westerns, Mystery, Music, Detective, Science Fiction, Horror Shows and even more... about 36,000 shows all together. Its also home to shows like Burns and Allen, Father Knows Best, The Life of Riley, Jack Benny, and Red Skelton and westerns like Red Ryder, Wild Bill Hickok, Gunsmoke and Have Gun Will Travel. Super Sherlock Holmes mysteries by. And, there is great music including Big Band, Jazz, Country Western and more. But one thing VintageRadioShows.com has that the other site doesn't is hundreds of old video files like TV Shows, Documentaries, Full Length Movies, Cartoons, News Reels, Dragnet, Suspense, Victory at Sea, The Sherlock Holmes TV Series, Zorro, Robin Hood.
